After having a number of years battling a serious mental health condition I decided to tell my story to the world, this was mainly to put forward my version of events but part of me also wanted to help others.

I think if I could have read a book that would inform me about mental health then maybe I would have sought help rather than thinking I was crazy and that if I told anyone they would simply lock me up.

My story takes you on a journey of a young man initially suffering with depression, which led onto psychosis and eventually a diagnosis of bi-polar.

It shows how extreme the mind can be if it is left untreated.
